Cultural abstract & its influence on Management is difficult to describe , Leadership style should be situational , that is appropriate to the Time , Place , Culture & people involved .
I would like to enlighten learners about the Differences & Diversities which are not to be taken as deficits but opportunities for growth of any organisation with Global Mind-Set & Courage .

English being an International Business Language , is spoken with many different accents ,hence the practical experience of dealing with people from around the globe with different spoken languages ,cultural background , & fields helps to have a better understanding & knowledge of Why / What & How ? to Train & Motivate people & how to help them use the diversity in a positive manner to develop learning skills ,self & an organisation .

Most important of any learning process is to have the motivation intact for the specific subject or language , which depends a lot on the Teacher or Trainer .
I have had the chance to teach students from different educational backgrounds like Engineering , Business , Tourism , Hospitality / Hotel Management , Airline Industry & élus de formation (French Elected City Hall members ) etc.
